I spend alot of time bloggin my own issues for fear that there might be confidentiality issues breached should I decide to take up the cases of some of the people I have helped in my capacity as a volunteer advocate. The problem is that I see things slowly spiraling and declining as all government agencies are redlined along with the state budget due to deficits.
I have decided that as long as court file number and an assumed name will help alieviate this burden and I can start posting some other cases than my own. I will be posting 6-10 cases within the next few weeks on here and my other blogs depending on where the problem has been predominant and pertains to what legal entity.
Please take the time to not just read the blogs but actually understand that these are not isolated incidents and that you may truely be next in line for judgement...
